Our Legacy | Your Future
Our Notarial Services team can assist clients with the legalisation of public documents for use in other countries.
We are conveniently located in walking distance to the Port Elizabeth High Court which makes authentication convenient.
We have three qualified Notaries in our team who have not only passed the required Notarial Examination, but also have day-to-day experience in drafting and registration of Notarial documents and deeds.
For those heading to teach or work overseas, you will probably be told that you need a Notary to certify and sign your degrees, qualifications and identity and travel documents.
The Pagdens Notarial Services team can assist with this.
Depending on which country you are going to, your documents may just need to be notarised with an Apostille from the High Court.
However, should you be visiting a country which is not a party to the Hague Convention you will need your documents notarised by a Notary, authenticated at the High Court and then sent through the Department of International Relations and Cooperation.
The Pagdens Notarial Services team can advise you on the steps you will need to take and the expected time frames.
