The Pagdens Deceased Estate Team offers estate planning, will drafting and administration of deceased estates and testamentary trusts.
We understand that planning an estate is important and personal to each individual client and we consider each client’s circumstances to ensure that the best plan is made for each particular person and family.
With Tax Laws changing annually, it is vital to keep up to date with these changes.
Our Estate Planning team has vast experience in Tax Law and keeps up to date with the Tax Law changes and how the Tax Law changes affect the estate plans and trusts being set up.
When it comes to deceased estate administration, we understand that families and friends are already facing a difficult and emotional time and our aim is to ease the burden by taking away the strain of dealing with SARS and the Master of the High Court. Our deceased estate team will also complete all of the forms and documents which go along with reporting an estate. Even if there is no Will or we are not appointed in the Will and the appointed Executor cannot deal with the estate, our team can usually assist as the agent and negotiate a fee which is reasonable.
With a vast knowledge and experience in the field, our Estate Planning and Deceased Estates Administration team will be able to assist with both simple and complex estates and estate plans.
